PERSONAL
In addition to the artistic flair he brings to his designs, Darren Ryker is also a professional artist whose varied
paintings have sold in Northern California art galleries. He has a particular interest in painting World War II aircraft
combat scenes. He has also appeared on the cover of Air Classics magazine flying in a P-40 along with racing legend Bill
Destefani (the P-51 world record speed holder). He is a member of the National Automotive Sports Association and enjoys
auto racing and building engines in his spare time. He lives in Bakersfield, California with his wife of 21 years, and their
two children.
